Salary: SS04 £36,139 - £43,188 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Admin Assistant to play a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Gas Storage sites. Working across training, office services, and business systems, you’ll provide essential administrative support that helps keep our operations running smoothly.
In this varied role, you’ll coordinate training activities, maintain accurate records and documentation, and support a range of site-wide administrative processes. By ensuring training compliance and enabling effective workforce planning, you’ll help foster a skilled, capable, and inclusive workforce while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Some of your main accountabilities will include;
- Coordinating and administering internal and external training activities to ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training and competency records to support reporting and KPI analysis.
- Supporting the monitoring and tracking of training budgets.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to site teams.
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful in this role, we would love you to have;
- Extensive experience providing administrative support within a matrix business environment.
- Proficiency in IT applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook (Office 365).
- Strong command of business and technical English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks effectively within a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrable capability in analysing issues and applying systematic problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail.
