Full job description

We are looking for a motivated, positive and empathetic person who is looking for a new challenge and wants to work in a friendly yet professional environment. Would you like to work for an organisation that believes in treating people with respect and loyalty, supports your needs and understands a work life balance? Would you like the chance to earn up to 53k a year to manage a small Residential and Dementia care home?

We are looking to work with a dynamic, person centred, commercially aware individual to look after our cherished residents at our residential and dementia care home in the seaside town of Bridlington. You should have at least 5 years’ experience of managing in a care home environment, possess a positive outlook, have relevant NVQ qualifications, be a compassionate person to everyone you interact with and have a proactive and positive attitude.

We offer a very competitive salary with an attainable bonus.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an elderly care home environment

Come from a home that holds a Good CQC rating

Hold the relevant NVQ qualification (minimum level 5)
