Customer Service - Burgess Hill (outskirts)

£23,132 per year, initially paid weekly whilst temporary

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm

The role of Customer Service:

Answering calls and emails from clients relating to new and existing bookings/deliveries
Track parcels or pallets in order to provide updates
Investigate any issues that may arise during transport via road, sea and air
Engage directly with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations
Assist the wider team with any paperwork or administrative duties from time to time

The ideal Customer Service:

Excellent communication and administration skills
Comfortable working in an office environment using various systems
Must drive and have your own mode of transport due to rural location
Adaptable, willing to learn and flexible towards the needs of the wider team
