Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. This role offers a dynamic environment where proactive problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management for executives
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks accurately into QuickBooks and other relevant systems to support financial record-keeping
Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistical coordination for various projects
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
Support general office operations by managing supplies, processing invoices, and performing clerical duties as needed

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
Previous office experience demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
