Furniture Village – Accounts Payable Coordinator

£33,000 OTE £36,300 - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Head Office Slough – 37.5 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Friday

Your Role

Processing invoices accurately and effectively on a daily basis to ensure all amounts are paid within payment terms.
Dealing with any queries relating to the invoices received to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and to minimise backlog.
Do monthly supplier statement reconciliations against the ledger and request copies or further information as required.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with month end targets.
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
Following health & safety procedures at all times.
Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
