Location: Henley-on-Thames (Covering South Oxfordshire & Berkshire)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week + Overtime Available

Salary: Dependent on Experience + Overtime + Benefits

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Approved Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for long-term career progression within an ambitious and supportive company.

The Role

The successful candidate will work independently across a range of domestic and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key duties include:

Electrical installation work in domestic and commercial environments
Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations
Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
Maintenance and remedial works
Working on single-phase and three-phase systems
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Completing RAMS and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Managing van stock and materials effectively
Liaising professionally with clients and site teams
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
City & Guilds 2399 Inspection & Testing
Valid JIB, ECS or CSCS Card
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Approved Electrician
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong understanding of current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Desirable Qualifications

City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395
Experience in both domestic and commercial sectors
EV Charging qualifications
Solar PV and Battery Storage experience
IPAF and PASMA certifications

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
