Multi Skilled Carpenter
Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior management, designers, and project teams to fully understand project specifications and client expectations.
- Delivering exceptional first-fix and second-fix carpentry to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Interpreting technical drawings, joinery details, and design specifications with precision and attention to detail.
- Undertaking specialist installation work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring flawless finishes throughout.
- Carrying out site surveys, inspections, remedial works, and maintenance when required.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, workmanship, and site presentation at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-end carpentry, focussing on first fix and second fix, some bespoke joinery, or luxury interior fit-out projects.
- Exceptional craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing outstanding finishes.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to confidently interpret technical drawings and execute complex designs accurately.
- Proficient in the use of both hand tools and power tools, with excellent workshop and site-based skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, designers, contractors, and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of projects.
- Commercially aware with the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently on site.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
