Are you reliable and detail-orientated, with commercial cleaning & supervisory experience? Apply now, to join the team!

Location: Swindon and surrounding areas

Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week (depending on business need,10 hours guaranteed)

Schedule: Monday to Friday evenings (5pm start-time)

Salary: £14 per hour (some flexibility on this subject to skills & experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, part-time

Start-date: Immediate

At So Fresh & So Clean, we deliver professional cleaning services across Swindon with care, consistency, and attention to detail. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Lead Cleaner / Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our clients continue to receive an exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently support and guide others. You will provide operational support across multiple sites, covering staff absences, holidays, and vacancies while helping to ensure services run smoothly at all times.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Cleaner / Supervisor, you will:

Provide cleaning cover across multiple client sites as required.
Respond to short-notice staff absences and operational requirements.
Maintain consistently high cleaning standards and company procedures.
Organise schedules and allocate tasks effectively to team members.
Carry out quality inspections and identify areas for improvement.
Support the induction and training of new cleaning staff.
Act as a key point of contact for cleaners when management is unavailable.
Report client concerns, site issues, and staffing requirements promptly.
Monitor team attendance and clocking in/out through the company app.
Help ensure all sites remain operational, compliant, and service standards are met.
Lock and secure facilities following cleaning duties where applicable.

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial cleaning experience, with good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, techniques, and health and safety procedures.
Supervisory or team leading experience within the cleaning industry
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high standards with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
A supportive team player who leads by example, uses sound judgement, and remains flexible and solution-focused under pressure.
Access to reliable transport, flexibility to travel between sites, and ability to pass background screening where required by clients.
