Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As a Switchboard Operator you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and providing information as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Who we are looking for?

A person who is calm, confident, is an excellent problem-solver, has great attention to detail and who can multitask.
Experience in an administrative position within the hospitality or travel industry would be ideal. Also beneficial is admin experience gained from NHS, at a doctor’s surgery, within retail banking or even as a virtual assistant/EA/PA.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence, and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Confident in learning and using a wide range of computer operating systems.
The shift patterns for this role will require flexibility and will include evenings weekends.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,900 per annum - compromising a base salary of £30,900 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
