About The Role:

Benefits Advisor

Ipswich | Hybrid Working | Permanent | Full Time

Help shape the colleague benefits experience at OCS:

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Benefits Advisor to join our Reward, Pensions & Benefits team. This is a fantastic administrative opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, delivering excellent service, and ensuring colleagues receive the support they need from a wide range of benefit schemes.

You'll play a key role in the administration of company benefits and TUPE activity, working closely with internal teams, external providers and colleagues across the business.

What you'll be doing:

Administering a broad range of employee benefit schemes and programmes
Supporting benefits activity related to TUPE transfers
Managing benefits data, reconciliations and payroll-related reporting
Responding to colleague queries and providing clear, helpful guidance
Working with external providers to maintain accurate scheme membership
Supporting annual benefit renewals and ad-hoc benefit campaigns
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and administration processes
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A proactive, organised and team-oriented approach
High levels of integrity, confidentiality and GDPR awareness

Desirable:

Experience of employee benefits, payroll or HR administration
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
