We are looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a diverse role within a small business, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities and working closely with different departments.

Requirements

Previous experience in administration, operations, customer service, wholesale, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies and digital tools.
Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, or similar platforms to improve efficiency and workflow.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content management, and online customer engagement.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of women's fashion, garments, or dresses would be an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
