Key Role Responsibilities:

As our Parts and Service Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team that covers both Three10 Automotive team and our Ducati team, working with both a range of models of cars and prestige motorcycles. Your key responsibilities will include working across the two sides of the business - for both Three10 customers and Ducati retail and Internal customers. This will be a " hands - on " role both in terms of front of house/parts and customer handling - as well as looking for ways to drive the business forward to meet and exceed goals.

Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure that the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes.
Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

Prerequisites:

Customer-facing experience required
Full UK driving licence required
Previous motor industry experience essential in parts and service
Motorcycle licence preferred but not essential
