Job Summary - Saturday Morning

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Multi Sports Coaches to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging sports coaching sessions across a variety of sports, fostering teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment among participants. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop coaching skills while inspiring individuals of all ages to participate in active and healthy lifestyles.

Responsibilities

Deliver coaching sessions across multiple sports, tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Encourage participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive environment
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety guidelines during activities
Maintain organised equipment and facilities before, during, and after sessions
Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that motivates individuals to improve their sporting abilities
Collaborate with programme organisers to develop new activities and improve existing sessions

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, with a strong understanding of various sports disciplines
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging participants of diverse ages and backgrounds
Ability to motivate and inspire others through positive reinforcement and leadership
Organised with good time management skills to plan effective coaching sessions
A recognised coaching qualification or relevant experience is desirable but not essential for entry-level positions
A valid first aid certification is preferred but can be provided during training if necessary
Passion for sport, fitness, and promoting active lifestyles

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sports coaching and teaching, eager to make a positive impact in their community while developing their professional skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
