Responsibilities
- Negotiate and secure wayleave agreements and permissions for fibre network build, installation, and maintenance works.
- Liaise with private landowners, landlords, housing associations, local authorities, and managing agents to obtain access rights for telecom infrastructure.
- Support fibre rollout programmes by ensuring agreements are in place to meet build deadlines and project milestones.
- Review network build plans with internal delivery, design, and planning teams to identify land access requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all wayleave agreements, licences, payments, and correspondence using internal systems and databases.
- Manage renewals, variations, and terminations of existing agreements in line with operational requirements.
- Resolve access issues and disputes with landowners, escalating where necessary to legal or senior management teams.
