JRB Construction Ltd
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (Flexible Working Hours)

JRB Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a flexible role offering 25–30 hours per week and would suit an individual with strong administrative skills, particularly in payroll administration and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

· Processing payroll information accurately and on time.

· Maintaining employee records and payroll documentation.

· Data entry and updating company databases and spreadsheets.

· General office administration, filing, and document management.

· Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

· Assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks as required.

· Supporting management with day-to-day office operations.

· Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date.

Essential Requirements

· Previous experience in payroll administration.

· Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

· Excellent organisational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Professional and confident communication skills.

Desirable Skills

· Experience working within the construction industry.

· Knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme).

· Experience using payroll and accounting software.
