You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and flourishes in a busy retail environment and has some experience in managing a store and supervising or leading a small team. We’ll provide all the technical and sales training you need to help you succeed.

Day to day you will:

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience that keeps people coming back
Promote and sell products, accessories and repair services, supporting customers with recommendations and service queries
Introduce Network Airtime contracts, Sim Cards, E Sims, and promote Mobile Phone Insurance and Warranty policies to customers
Share product knowledge to help customers make informed buying decisions, supporting with recommendations and service queries
Generate sales leads and collaborate with the wider store team to hit shared targets
Maintain accurate sales records and key performance indicators
Ensure the store remains clean, organised and always welcoming

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a sales or customer-facing role in a retail environment
Some experience leading/ supervising a small team and store operations
An interest in technology, with the ability to enthuse customers about product features and benefits
The aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to approach customers with a friendly and engaging approach
A collaborative mindset – you care about the whole team hitting its goals

Nice to haves

Previous experience selling mobile phones
Experience with or knowledge of selling insurance products
Technical experience e.g. repairing phones and devices
