Job Role: Communications Executive

Working on this important investor client contract, as Communications Executive (Administrator) you will be passionate about contributing to our vision by:
- Working in conjunction with the Communications Manager and Associate Director and the wider team to pro-actively manage communications across the portfolio, to ensure that the landlord’s obligations are effectively communicated and requirements are fully met.
- Supporting the wider team to deliver well-constructed lines of communications to include updates, development wide communications, responses to complaints and liaison with the client on draft and final responses utilising the approved style guide.This role reports to the Communications Manager.Main Responsibilities
- Creating communications with a consistent approach
- Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing communications related to building safety
- Manage a dedicated mailbox, communications tracker for inbound communications and communications calendar to monitor the regularity of communications distribution.
- Information gathering from various stakeholders to aid construction of key communications and responses.
- Building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
- Assisting with notes from meetings that supports information gathering
- Providing proactive and reactive communications including within crisis management situations ensuring aligned messages are issued
- On occasions review potential social media activity at specific developments
- Acting as representative for the Communications Manager with ad-hoc issues as they arise between leaseholders, residents, managing agents, third party suppliers and clients
- Supporting colleagues on communication initiatives

- Crisis communication handling experience
- Ability to adapt messages for different audiences
- Creative and proactive mindset with collaborative team working
- Enjoys the buzz of working in a high-pressure, results-driven environment with the need to meet multiple deadlines and juggle priorities
- Confident, open and articulate communicator both orally and in writing; with exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent IT skills and up to date with new technology
