Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for quality and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional meal preparation and food safety standards. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with serving are advantageous, but a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts is essential.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including dough making, topping assembly, and sauce preparation
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of meal preparation
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and used appropriately
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Follow health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment
Assist with general kitchen duties as required, including cleaning and organisation of work areas

Skills

Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic kitchen environment
Previous experience in serving or front-of-house roles is beneficial but not essential
