Overview
We are seeking dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for nurses committed to making a positive difference in patients' lives, with a focus on compassionate care and clinical excellence.

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with established protocols
Assist in the assessment and planning of individualised patient care programmes
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient treatment
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards
Support patients’ emotional well-being through empathetic communication and reassurance
Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent body
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
Must have at least 6 months NHS experience from the UK
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Competence in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts as required, including days, evenings, or weekends if necessary
