As Deputy Divisional Director of Operations for Surgery, you will provide leadership as part of the Senior Management team working for the Divisional Director.
The post requires someone with the ability to think and act strategically, set direction in a complex environment and manage relationships with a wide range of senior colleagues. You will have high level analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and a strong understanding of clinical specialty management across several specialties at once. You will have experience of delivering programmes of work and leading teams, including directing recovery planning at specialty level.
Both a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and a strong focus on delivery are essential. This role involves cross site working.
