Full job description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Trade: Drylining and Painting
Location: Site-based

LLC Group is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting time to join a well-established company within the construction industry, with strong opportunities for the right person to grow, develop, and progress into higher roles within the company.

The role will mainly focus on drylining quality checks, but will also include painting inspections, snagging coordination, and helping the site team keep quality standards consistent across our projects.

Key Duties:

Carry out quality checks on drylining works, including partitions, ceilings, boarding, details, and general finish
Inspect painting and decorating works where required
Coordinate snagging and defect close-out with supervisors and operatives
Record quality issues clearly and keep QA information organised
Liaise with site teams, supervisors, and management to help works progress smoothly
Monitor completed areas and help prepare works for handover
Support with site paperwork, QA records, photos, checklists, and progress updates
Help maintain high standards across LLC Group projects

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in drylining, painting, finishing, snagging, or site coordination
Good eye for detail and workmanship standards
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Able to communicate clearly with site teams and management
Comfortable working on construction sites
Willing to learn and develop within the company
Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow into a more senior role

This role would suit someone from a drylining or painting background who is looking to move into a QA/coordinator position, or someone already involved in snagging, finishing, or site coordination who wants to progress further.

Job Type: Full-time / site-based
Experience: Drylining or painting experience preferred.

Pay: From £120.00 per day

Work Location: In person
