We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager or Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across a diverse portfolio projects.

What You’ll Do

As an MEP Project Manager, you will ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of all M&E services.

Reporting to the Head of MEP, you will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to on-site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the M&E design and coordination process during preconstruction

Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services

Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards

Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues

Maintain M&E programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation

Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings

Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality

Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience managing complex M&E packages on large-scale construction projects

Proven expertise in a variety of sectors across both construction and pre-construction

Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field

CSCS or ECS Card – Trade or manager

SMSTS or SSSTS qualification

Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills

Delivery experience desired over pre-construction experience
