Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled baker to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the heart of creating delicious, high-quality breads and cakes that delights our customers. Your expertise in bread production, preparation, and cooking will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of breads, cakes and pastries with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Assist in bread and food production processes, including assembling ingredients and managing portion sizes
Follow established recipes and food safety standards to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety
Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients
Collaborate with team members to meet daily food preparation goals and deliver timely service
Bake baked goods or desserts as needed, ensuring they meet quality standards
Maintain knowledge of current bakery trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings

Requirements

Proven experience in bread and cake preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene and sanitation
Experience with baking and culinary techniques preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Kitchen experience involving food production and restaurant operations is highly desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
