Sales Development Representative
Location: Chester
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing

Speaking with business owners and decision-makers across the UK
Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls
Asking the right questions to uncover needs and qualify prospects
Booking appointments and passing high-quality opportunities to our network experts
Building and managing your own pipeline
Working closely with senior sales professionals
Hitting and exceeding targets — and being rewarded for it

What You’ll Get in Return

£25,000 – £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm — no weekends
