As our client base continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the Role

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day sat behind a desk scheduling Instagram posts.

One day you might be photographing a restaurant, the next filming behind-the-scenes content for a healthcare client, creating an email campaign, building a marketing strategy or funnels, launching Meta ads or meeting business owners to discuss their next campaign.

You'll work with businesses across hospitality, healthcare, professional services, education, health & beauty and many more industries.

No two weeks are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Professional photography and videography for client projects
Creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms
Managing social media accounts and content calendars
Copywriting and content planning
Visiting clients to create content and build relationships
Supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assisting with Meta Ads campaigns
Email marketing using Mailchimp
Updating websites using Squarespace, Shopify and/or WordPress
Contributing creative ideas and marketing strategies for clients
Representing Polar Socials professionally when working with clients

What We're Looking For

This role is suited to someone who already has real commercial experience.

You must be able to demonstrate previous work you've completed for genuine businesses and clients through a portfolio or examples of your work.

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and personable
Comfortable working directly with clients
Professional in both presentation and communication
Creative with a strong eye for detail
Organised and self-motivated
Able to manage their own workload
Happy working both independently and as part of a team
Commercially minded with an understanding of marketing beyond simply posting on social media

Essential Requirements

✔ Professional portfolio of client work

✔ Photography and/or videography experience

✔ Social media management experience

✔ Marketing knowledge

✔ Experience working with real businesses and clients

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

✔ Own vehicle

The ability to travel to clients across the North West (and occasionally further afield) is an absolute requirement.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

Adobe Photoshop
Lightroom
Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut or other professional video editing software
Canva
Meta Business Suite
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Mailchimp
Squarespace
WordPress
AI tools such as ChatGPT
Sales or business development experience

You don't need experience in everything on this list, but the more you bring to the team, the better.
