Job Summary:
The Salesman & Assistant Supervisor is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations aiding the Regional Operations Manager. This role combines finding new sales opportunities while maintaining customer relations with existing clients, assisting the Regional Operations Manager in managing staff, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Sales Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner while representing our brand

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate processes or services

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers

Gain new business in existing and new areas.
Assistant Supervisor Duties:

Support the supervisor in overseeing daily operations
-
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
-
Help manage schedules, and deployment of technicians
-
Ensure standards of cleanliness to van and individuals are maintained
-
Step in as acting supervisor when required
-
Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and reporting
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales preferably motor trade background (leadership experience is a plus)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead and work as part of a team as well as on your own
