The Role
This is a focused B2B lead generation and dealer recruitment role within one of the fastest-growing wellness businesses in the industry.
Your mission is simple: identify outstanding businesses around the world that could become successful Superior Wellness partners.
You'll research, qualify and develop high-quality B2B opportunities across hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pools, ice baths and the wider wellness sector. Using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, AI, industry databases, trade show exhibitor lists and competitor research, you'll build a structured pipeline of qualified prospects for our global sales team.
Working closely with both Sales and Marketing, you'll ensure our sales teams spend more time speaking to the right businesses and less time searching for them.
This isn't a digital marketing or PPC role. It's a commercially focused position for someone who enjoys research, prospecting, market mapping and uncovering opportunities that others miss.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-quality B2B prospects across international markets.
- Build target lists of dealers, distributors, retailers, showrooms and commercial partners.
- Use LinkedIn, Google, AI tools, trade directories and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers including business owners, directors and commercial leaders.
- Research potential partners, analysing product ranges, locations, online presence, customer reviews, market positioning and commercial potential.
- Create detailed prospect profiles to support sales engagement.
- Prioritise prospects based on commercial opportunity, market fit and conversion potential.
- Work closely with sales teams to support outreach, follow-up and account development.
- Build structured prospecting processes across the UK, Europe, North America and emerging international markets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking prospect activity, engagement and outcomes.
- Support LinkedIn prospecting and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Identify dealer groups, showroom chains and multi-site operators with strong growth potential.
- Monitor competitor dealer networks to identify opportunities and market gaps.
- Research new routes to market across wellness and outdoor living sectors.
- Support trade show activity by identifying high-value exhibitors and attendees.
- Produce regular reporting on prospect quality, lead generation performance and pipeline growth.
Working with Sales
Success in this role depends on close collaboration with our global sales teams.
You'll:
- Agree target markets and prospect profiles with Sales.
- Provide detailed prospect insights to support outreach.
- Review conversion performance and continually improve targeting.
- Help build a more efficient and scalable global dealer recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys researching businesses, identifying opportunities and connecting sales teams with the right prospects.
You'll have experience generating high-quality B2B leads, researching target accounts and supporting business development through structured prospecting.
You'll be naturally curious, commercially minded and persistent, with the ability to quickly identify businesses that align with our brand and growth ambitions.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
- Strong online research and prospecting skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn for prospect research.
- Advanced Google search and company research skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research efficiency and market mapping.
- Experience building structured prospect databases and target account lists.
- Experience supporting sales teams with qualified opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong commercial judgement and lead qualification skills.
- Ability to research international markets confidently.
