Branch Support Manager

Salary: £42,000.00 per year

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) + alternate Saturdays

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role covering our 14 branches. You’ll provide effective short-term or planned management cover across branches, ensuring the branch continues to operate smoothly and professionally. You will also support the branch in achieving sales, margin, CR16, promotional and customer retention targets.

Hours

42.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm
1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm
30-minute meal break each day

✔ Who we’re looking for

Experience within the aftermarket parts trade is highly advantageous for this role. We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong understanding of branch sales within a motor factor, aftermarket automotive parts, trade counter, distribution or fast-paced sales environment.
Can pick up systems quickly
Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work
Stays calm under pressure
Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude

Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.
