Full job description

Casa Hotel is the highest AA-rated 4-star hotel in Derbyshire. An independently owned hotel that boasts 100 bedrooms,
from spacious doubles to luxurious suites, and 12 meeting rooms accommodating up to 280 guests. It is home
to Cocina, a beautiful two-rosette restaurant and relaxed lounge bar, and Barca bar, a high-end cocktail and tapas bar.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional service and luxurious offering to our wonderful guests.

With a focus on ensuring corporate clients have a warm welcome and all modern comforts, we are a busy conferencing
facility during the week. At weekends we welcome leisure guests who want to explore the local area.

Our sister hotel is the award-winning 4-star Peak Edge Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel nestled on the edge of
Derbyshire’s Peak District National Park located 10 minutes’ drive from Chesterfield Town Centre.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a food and beverage attendant to join our growing team!

This role includes:

Ensuring that all guests receive prompt, friendly, efficient service.

Ensuring all guests receive a warm greeting and farewell.

Anticipating guest’s needs and responding accordingly.

Ensuring that all guests receive a high quality product.

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant and the unit as a whole.

Performing all opening, running and closing procedures as dictated by the manual and the duty manager.

Using the correct procedure when ringing food and drink through micros.

Displaying an attitude of sincerity and concern when listening to guest feedback

Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.

Displaying a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role

Understand and implement the company ethos.

Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.

Performing any reasonable task as requested by the manager.

Full uniform will be provided.
