Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and excellent organisational abilities. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team development.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee retail management activities including merchandising, sales strategies, and stock control.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and organisational cohesion.
Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and drive organisational goals.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with an aptitude for time management and prioritisation of tasks.
Proficient in administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
Exceptional organisational skills combined with attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy.
Good phone etiquette coupled with professional interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. This role offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued, organisational skills are essential, and the ability to manage multiple priorities is crucial for success. Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
