Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our in-house finance team. In this role, you will manage the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting activities across multiple group entities. Your expertise will help us maintain smooth financial operations, support decision-making, and uphold our commitment to transparency. Duties

Record daily financial transactions using Xero.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Generate financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes with detailed reconciliations and adjustments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Strong proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
