Our client is a well-established engineering and manufacturing business operating within highly regulated industries, including Nuclear, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Coded Welder to join their skilled production team.

The Role
As a Coded Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out coded TIG and MIG welding to a high standard
- Working in accordance with Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Maintaining welding qualifications and certifications
- Supporting fabrication activities including forming, grinding, and material preparation
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in TIG and MIG welding
- Experience working to welding procedures and quality standards
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous welding codes (current or expired) would be advantageous

Salary
£32,251 - £38,507 per annum (depending on experience)
