We are now looking for a junior or experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. You will initially work alongside our outgoing surveyor, but will need to establish yourself quickly to work on live projects across mainly residential and occasional commercial sectors.
You will be accompanied with the commercial works until you are familiar with the format and delivery of these surveys. This is a delivery-focused role designed for a recent graduate or a professional seeking to build a long-term career in Solar PV surveying. You will gain hands-on exposure to live sites while developing real technical capability, learning quickly to use solar industry software, liaise with customers and deliver a quality survey that’s accurate.
What We Offer:
- Education/Background: Degree or qualification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline—though highly driven non-graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply as are ex trades that no longer wish to work on the tools.

- Attitude: A positive, proactive willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Requirements: A valid UK driving licence and permanent right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Work: create survey reports, measured building inspections, using accurate on site measurements and record the properties electrical wiring arrangements.
- Data Processing: gather and process site data using industry-standard equipment, input into a design software and create a report.
- Software Drafting: prepare accurate basic survey drawings and plans using basic software.
- Project Support: learn the features and functions of the equipment we use, assist in the fault finding and technical aspects as well as compiling survey documentation.
- Compliance: strictly adhere to all site health and safety standards. Measure for scaffolding and access arrangements on site and relay back to a designated scaffold booker.
