We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch Controllers to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Dispatch Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our taxi services. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of our fleet, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for customer pickups and drop-offs.

- Monitor and manage the schedule to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.

- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.

- Use dispatch software and systems to track vehicle locations and manage bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred but not essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Flexible availability for day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
