About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Tenant Services Coordinator to act as the front-facing representative for our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys working with people and ensuring a smooth, high-quality living experience for tenants.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants, helping to manage move-ins and move-outs, coordinate day-to-day operations, and support the Property Manager in maintaining high standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome tenants and act as the main front-of-house contact
Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are ready and compliant before occupancy
Ensure all required keys are prepared, issued, and tracked appropriately
Organise and manage parcel deliveries and collections
Carry out routine property inspections and report findings
Identify and report maintenance or operational issues to the Property Manager
Assist tenants with day-to-day enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with contractors where required to ensure works are completed on time
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes

Experience & Requirements

No prior property management experience required – full training will be provided
Hospitality experience (e.g. hotel, front desk, guest services) is highly desirable
Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
