*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Mottingham*

Full-Time Position - Hours Below

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Mottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Mottingham area.

You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Tony Wong, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Mottingham and New Eltham stations and with free parking onsite.

Hours
Mondays: 8:45am-5:45pm
Tuesdays: 8:45am-7:30pm
Wednesdays: 8:45am-5:45pm
Thursdays: 8:45am-5:45pm
Fridays: 8:45am-5:45pm
1x Saturday per month: 8:45am-1:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
