We are proud to offer trusted, high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across a range of practice areas. As our Employment Law practice continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Assistant to join our team.

The Role

Our Employment Law Team is dedicated to providing practical and tailored legal advice to both employers and employees. You will play a key role in supporting our Employment Law fee earner with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks, helping to ensure that cases run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Opening and closing client files using our case management system

✔ Carrying out compliance and anti-money laundering checks

✔ Liaising with clients to arrange appointments and respond to queries

✔ Preparing and processing invoices

✔ Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems

✔ Communicating with third parties (such as barristers, the Employment Tribunal, and other law firms)

✔ Performing general office admin tasks including scanning, photocopying, filing, and data entry

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role (desirable, although not essential)
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
A friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with legal case management software
