We’re recruiting a groundcare sales professional, or a groundscare specialist who is ready to step into an interesting and exciting business development role. We’re looking for someone who’s already knowledgeable and passionate about the groundcare sector.

Our sales team represent leading brands including Toro, Iseki, Amazone, Ferris, Ventrac and Wessex. These are trusted names with local authorities, estates and groundcare contractors, and you’ll be at the heart of showcasing their quality.

You’ll be selling a high‑spec range that includes ride‑on mowers, robotic mowers, compact tractors and other professional equipment. Your knowledge, energy and commitment will help customers choose the right machinery for their needs.

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for a sector specialist above all else, an individual with a passion for the industry.

Its essential that you have prior Groundcare sales experience or:
Alternatively candidates must have sector experience such as a greenkeeper, grounds maintenance role or as a machinery Technician / Engineer. We can train and develop your sales capability.

You'll also need to be:

A strong communicator and confident negotiator.
Target-driven and commercially aware.
Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
A full UK driving licence – willing to obtain trailer licence.
Home based in the Reading or surrounding Berkshire area and willing to visit customers across the region.
