The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience in guest services or the hospitality industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences while working in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and attention to detail.
About the role
You will manage client enquiries from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. The role includes running events and weddings on the day, hosting and supporting clients, liaising with venues, placing supplier orders, managing budgets and accounts, and supporting day-to-day office administration and sales tasks.
Evening and weekend working will be required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for events
- Be warm, personable and confident when engaging with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a professional and confident telephone manner
- Be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot effectively on event days
