The role

At fulfilmentcrowd, our client relationships are at the heart of everything we do. As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and integrating new customers, managing their transition from initial engagement through to go-live. You’ll lead end-to-end project management for each onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and successful handover to our Customer Operations and Account Management teams.

You will help build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward. You will support our clients by providing solutions and offering an efficient and easy way for our clients to do business with us ensuring our processes and procedures are in line with SLAs whilst managing client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Onboarding: Take full ownership of setting up new customers, managing each onboarding project from initiation to completion.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients from day one, becoming their go-to expert as well as developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of onboarding milestones and requirements.
Consultancy & Guidance: Offer tailored advice and best practices throughout the onboarding process to ensure clients maximise the benefits of the fulfilmentcrowd platform.
Internal Handover: Ensure a smooth and structured transition to the Customer Operations and Account Management teams post-onboarding.
Lead Conversion: Support inbound lead management by helping potential customers understand how fulfilmentcrowd can deliver long-term value to their business.
Technical: Working with data in various forms, managing workload through CRM platforms (Hubspot)
