Job Summary
This role isn’t just about turning up and pitching a tent. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything behind our events comes together seamlessly – from getting the right product and stock to the right place at the right time, to managing event kit, travel and the inevitable on-the-ground problem solving. Without you, the rest of the events programme simply doesn’t run as smoothly as it should. You’ll help us show up brilliantly, build meaningful relationships and continue growing our presence in endurance sport communities around the world.
We're growing fast, which means things move quickly around here. Our roles will evolve over time, and while the key responsibilities are outlined below, there may be changes as we grow. We're looking for someone who’s up for that kind of pace and flexibility - someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day management and delivery of product across our partner events programme.
- Take ownership of our event kit - standardising it, tracking where it is, and coordinating it out the door and back again in good order.
- Support the logistics that keep events running: staffing, travel booking, supplier coordination and purchasing oversight.
- Stay tight with internal teams (ops, wholesale, finance, creative) and external partners (agencies, vendors, venues) to keep everything aligned.
- Keep the wheels turning – staying on top of the plans, the spreadsheets and the many moving parts that make our events happen.
- Be the reliable pair of hands the wider team can count on as our event calendar continues to grow.
- Represent PF&H at events in the UK and internationally – bringing the energy and making sure the PF&H experience is spot on at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
- Seriously organised - you can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat!
- Experience working somewhere fast-paced with a lot of moving parts.
- A track record of managing high-expectation stakeholders - wherever that experience comes from.
- Experience with managing multiple projects at once with varying timelines, deadlines and deliverables.
- Incredible attention to detail; leaving no stone unturned.
- Calm under pressure, and a natural problem-solver when something changes at short notice.
- Some experience of planning and delivering events, big or small.
- Happy to travel (often internationally) and work the odd weekend or late night when events call for it.
Nice To Have
- Bonus points if you’ve got experience with project management tools such as Asana.
- Curious about using AI and modern tools to work smarter, reduce admin and improve the quality of your decisions. PF&H is already using these tools in practical ways across the business, so you do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be willing to experiment, learn and use them responsibly as part of how good work gets done here.
- Being a keen athlete or a fan of endurance sports would also be helpful (as you'll already understand our audience), but not strictly mandatory.
What We Offer
- All the PF&H fuel, hydration and merch you'll ever need!
- The chance to be part of a passionate, innovative and fast-growing company
- Work alongside a team of experts in sports science, nutrition and tech
- A real hand in growing a brand that's making an impact in endurance sport
