Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our flagship Maldon High Street tea room. As a Front of House assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.

Full time: Including 1 weekend days a week. Min 30 hours per week over 5.days.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good tips from satisfied customers usually ranging between £2.10 to £2.80 extra per hour
