We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth administrative flow within the office. The main responsibilities of a Front Desk Hotel Receptionist include:

· Welcoming guests and providing a friendly first impression.

· Checking guests in and out efficiently.

· Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

· Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.

· Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

· Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records.

· Handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally.

· Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

· Maintaining guest records and updating the hotel management system.

· Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

· Managing room keys or key cards securely.

· Following hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
