As National Account Executive for Grocery Retail Formats & Execution (Convenience & Online), you’ll be responsible for growing our brands & Instore execution across the Grocery Channel

With reasonable experience under your belt, you’ll have the chance to make your mark and help us build our brands across the UK through some of our key customers.

Role Responsibilities
Responsible for account management of your defined customers within the Off Trade channel, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that grow our brands and meet our customers needs
Ensure close collaboration with Commercial Marketing to bring brand plans to life in the market – Execution & Activation
Owner of the Monthly activity plan for Grocery & sharing with Field Sales Partner
Preparing and presenting to customers including Supply Chain, aligning on implementation
Delivery of budgeted Volume, £NSV, £GP and distribution targets with the defined customer(s)
Responsible for account management principles, EPOS tracking, Invoice management, and Forecasting.
Working closely with other functions such as Finance and Operations to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed KPI’s and targets.
Managing the promotional plan and working effectively to launch NPD and hit key times of the year with your customer base
Qualifications
A minimum of 2/3 years sales/commercial experience in Off Trade channel
Awareness and understanding of the complexities of Supplier/Retailer partnerships & key KPIs
Experience working in commercial within FMCG

Able to demonstrate analytical skills and communicate category insights to develop compelling, mutually beneficial growth plans.
Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities
Well-developed written & verbal communication, presentation skills
