You've passed your DipFA. You're qualified. So why are you still waiting?

If you've completed your CII DipFA exams and your employer still hasn't granted you Competent Adviser Status... you're not alone, and frankly, you deserve better.

Too many newly qualified advisers are stuck in a holding pattern. Qualified on paper. Capable in practice. But kept in the passenger seat by firms that move slowly, protect their own books, or simply don't have the infrastructure to develop you properly.

At Humboldt Financial, we do things differently.

We're growing and we're actively looking for a qualified financial adviser ready to step into a genuine advisory role, with real clients, real responsibility, and a clear path to CAS from day one.
