Full job description

Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.

As a People Coordinator, you will be responsible for working as part of the People & Culture Team to help deliver the following:

Support the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers, scheduling interviews and preparing and issuing offer documentation.
Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers, contract amendments and promotions.
Provide support and guidance to all employees on people policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
Assist with payroll preparation and ensure people data is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Maintain and process people data, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and presented in clear, accessible formats to support reporting and business insights.
Take ownership of people projects and initiatives to support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy.
