The Role

As a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker, you will:

Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs
Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care
Build trusting, respectful relationships that empower service users to make informed choices
Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments
Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners
Maintain accurate, high-quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards
Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience

Shift Pattern

Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (24 hours) available

Typical shifts include:

Hours between 08:00 - 20:00

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the individuals we support.

About You

You will:

Have at least 6 months’ recent experience in a relevant setting with direct or transferable skills
Demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centred and values-based care
Be compassionate, reliable, and emotionally aware
Show accountability and professionalism in your practice
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and professionals
Be adaptable, resilient, and willing to learn and develop
