Full job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PART TIME Saturday / Sunday (10am-4pm) - Lead Taker / Sales Administrator to support our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is key to qualifying new sales leads, following up on existing enquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with past clients.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and internal teams. This position is essential for driving efficiency and supporting our sales objectives across the UK

Key Responsibilities

Qualify new inbound leads by phone, email, and CRM, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured
Proactively chase older leads and follow up with previous clients to re-engage opportunities
Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely progression
Maintain up-to-date customer and lead records using HubSpot CRM
Assist the sales director with administrative tasks, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding products and services
Monitor and update sales data, inventory information, and pipeline reports as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a sales administration, lead qualification, or similar role preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently or as part of a team
Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is advantageous
