Care Assistant – Days (36 hours )

Location: Ings House Nursing Home
Hours: 24 or 36 hours per week (Rotating schedule, including weekends)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support
Support residents with daily activities to enhance their well-being and independence
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and caring environment

Requirements

Experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
A compassionate and respectful approach to residents’ needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends as required
