Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional Temporary Estate Agent to join our Lettings team on a three month basis in the first instance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the property industry, providing support in various estate agency functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with Answering Phones, client communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in real estate and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with organising property viewings
Support the estate agency team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding properties, neighbourhoods, and the buying or renting process.
Help prepare marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
Coordinate appointments and manage schedules to optimise client engagement.
Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
Support the team in general office duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Professional and Organised with a keen eye for detail
Adaptability and willingness to learn about the property market and related processes. This role provides an engaging environment for those eager to develop their skills within estate agency while contributing positively to our team’s success.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays - 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu

You will be required to have your own car and a clean driving license. The pay for this role is national minimum wage.
